Laaaaaaame on so many counts:
1) Why didn't Peter fly? It has NOT been established that he can't use more than one power at a time.
2) Hiro is an idiot. He could just pop-in, slice Sylar in two and pop out. But no, he had to call Sylar and give him time to react. He also didn't finish him up.
3) Niki had Syler beaten. She could have ripped him apart. Why did Peter stop her?
4) Syler can stop bullets, but not a sword? He didn't even know the bullets were coming and he stopped them (bullets move faster than sound). A sword is slow by comparison, and he knew it was coming.
At least there was one cool thing:
Claire jumping off the building to escape the Petrellis.

This is not the first time Nikki used super strength. The first time was after Jessica used the tazer on the social worker. Nikki used her powers to break a cop's nightstick in two.
